I opened my Chyten center in November 2007 and over the past two years, have enjoyed this experience more than any other in my previous 25 year career as a business consultant. Chyten's systems and support enabled me to quickly ramp up my business and achieve year over year growth which has been substantial. This past March, I hit a milestone of over 200 sessions in a month which was triple the number of sessions I had booked in the previous year.
The business has grown substantially because of wonderful word-of-mouth referrals and returning customers, not to mention my ongoing use of direct mail to attract new customers. I began researching franchise opportunities in early 2008. After a couple of months and numerous dead ends, I had pretty well decided what I needed and expected from a franchisor. From the first conversation as a potential Chyten franchisee in March of 2008, to the ongoing support I get today as an operator, the team at Chyten/Ultra Franchising has exceeded my expectations. With a background in corporate finance, I believe the analysis and diligence I did into the Chyten system was pretty thorough. Never did I feel that questions were discouraged or not being honestly answered. Through this diligence process, training, site location and development, to opening and running the business, the Chyten/Ultra folks have been very supportive.
